Our work covers new flooring, restoration, concrete preparation and specialist finishes. For homes, that can mean carpet, vinyl, SPC, laminate or timber, as well as sanding an existing wooden floor rather than replacing it. For commercial and industrial spaces, it can include carpet tiles, concrete grinding, polishing, coating and heavy-duty resin systems. We also provide block honing and sealing and crystalline waterproofing where the substrate and project call for specialist treatment.
We supply and install residential carpet, commercial carpet tiles, garage carpet, sheet or plank vinyl, SPC, laminate and wooden flooring. Product selection is matched to room use, expected wear, cleaning needs and the condition of the base beneath it.
Timber sanding and refinishing can reveal the character of an existing floor. Cleaning, polishing and maintenance services help appropriate floors remain presentable and useful, with advice based on the actual finish rather than a one-product-fits-all routine.
Grinding prepares concrete for coatings or exposes the surface for polishing and sealing. Epoxy, polyurethane, grind-and-seal and other systems are specified around slab condition, traffic, chemicals, slip considerations, appearance and return-to-service time.

We plan access, preparation, trims, transitions, curing or drying and the point at which the floor can safely return to use.
A good quotation separates the visible finish from the preparation that supports it. Uplift and disposal, moisture concerns, grinding, smoothing, crack repairs, stairs, edges, furniture movement and restricted access can all affect price. An on-site measure allows these items to be discussed before work begins instead of appearing as surprises later.

We inspect the substrate and measure the area, then discuss realistic product or finish options. Once the scope is agreed, preparation and installation are completed in the correct sequence and the floor is handed over with practical cleaning, cure and maintenance guidance.
