Site-specific service
Laminate performs best when the product suits the room and the subfloor is dry, clean, sound and sufficiently level. We assess moisture, transitions, door clearances and expansion requirements before confirming the installation scope.

Our process
Confirm areas, board direction, trims, thresholds, access and product quantities.
Assess moisture and flatness, then complete agreed uplift and subfloor preparation.
Fit compatible underlay and boards with planned joints and required expansion gaps.
Install scotia and transitions, inspect the surface and explain cleaning and care.
Questions answered
Some products have enhanced water resistance, but laminate is not automatically waterproof. We match the product to the room and explain spill and moisture limitations.
Sometimes, if the existing surface is stable, dry, flat and compatible. A site inspection is required before confirming an overlay installation.
Most floating laminate systems require compatible underlay unless it is integrated into the board. The selected system and substrate determine the specification.
